Classes.Vegas was created to fill a niche in the pre-employment training sector. We brought four distinct programs and services together to cater to newly hired employees: CPR certification classes, lifeguard certification classes, alcohol awareness cards and fingerprinting services.

Who are your customers/students?

Our customers come from a variety of industries, including gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, accounting, real estate, health care and education. Specifically, they are teachers, doctors, nurses, security officers, lifeguards, bartenders, servers, casino dealers and many other positions.

What sets Classes.Vegas apart from other certification/training facilities?

Employees can obtain most, if not all, of their pre-employment requirements in one convenient location. Many employees are on a strict deadline to obtain their work requirements, and our staff keep that in mind and strive to make the client’s experience as expedient and stress-free as possible.

Being able to knock out everything in one day, employees can immediately return to their human resources offices for final processing and be ready for orientation as early as the next week.

How many people are on your staff and what are their qualifications?

In the CPR division, five instructors offer certification classes seven days a week, with both morning and evening courses available. The instructors include doctors and nurses, EMTs/paramedics, lifeguards and other professionals.

The lifeguard division is run by three instructors with years of experience working in hotel and community center pools. Instructors train future lifeguards to respond to aquatic emergencies and keep patrons and guests safe.

The alcohol division is run by a test proctor. The process has been streamlined by offering the entire training online, allowing students to study the material on their own time followed by taking a quick exam at the office.

Fingerprinting is staffed by two technicians who provide electronic fingerprinting for a wide variety of agencies.

What is your business philosophy?

“Be the reason someone smiles.” Our staff understand the amount of work required for a new employee to obtain a job. Our goal is to provide services that will bring a smile to someone’s face.

We hope that in the years to come, Classes.Vegas will become a household name in the pre-employment training sector. Our goal is to partner with HR offices and companies to alleviate the complex burdens and hurdles that new employees must face when getting hired. We’ll continue to develop and add programs and services, and continue to contribute to the growing success of this wonderful town.
